To book an appointment with Michelle at one of the clinics, please call the clinic directly and let the receptionist know that you would like Michelle as your Massage Therapist (telephone numbers are listed on Clinic Locations page). Unfortunately, due to her busy clinic schedule, Michelle is unable to do on-site visits.

To request an on-site appointment with one of Michelle's Associates, please fill out the online form below. A response will be sent, from Michelle, within the hour. Telephone bookings for on-site appointments cannot be made due to Michelle being at previously scheduled appointments, or traveling to a client's location. If you would like Michelle to personally call you back at her earliest convenience, please indicate in the box for "Notes and Special Requests." Thank you!
